  4. all my emails go directly into trash???

    emails should go to inbox not trash. spam filter doesn't work. still get same emails everyday that I've reported as spam numerous times

  6. I want to control my aol for content not just given options

    I do not like many of the news feeds, entertainment, sports and other sites and I do not want my information bought or sold.

  10. Please stop sending my inbox messages to old mail after I read them. once I read the email I can decide where they need to go.

  12. be able to add person to contacts from the email in app. emails from my bank keep going to spam

    make app more user friendly. be able to add contacts to contact list from email. also be able to delete multiple contacts at once like how u can click multiple emails to delete simultaneously

  16. go back to a version that allows me to see new emails in the "new mail" folder and not in the "trash" folder. why does this happen?

    Try as I may my mail won't go back to arriving into the new mail folder. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING!!!!! AND use terminology that a person who isn't technically efficient in computer science can understand. thanks...

  20. Go direct to emails, not via entertainment sports etc. Show way to get to contacts when I go to write, and jumping around while I type.

    Go back to original set up. Fix it. Too many ads.
