  3. Put something in Settings for Auto Sync. Recently, when I delete dozens of Spam, they are back (never left) AOL. Mobile is a waste of time.

  4. FIX IT!

    1. Repair problem of not all folders being there.

    2. In the past month it's become impossible to compose messages and replies because new, blank lines keep getting added below the auto-generated "Sent from AOL Android app" and what I'm trying to write scrolls up and out of sight.

    So infuriating - it's WORTHLESS. 😡

  5. Why can't I access my contacts to correct them? I don't use a computer anymore, just my smartphone and have no way to fix my contacts.

  10. hackers and personal information

    stealing information things feel very strange with my account 😕 a lot of slow down emails and my location and settings change every day ? how is this possible 😳 I have reported this many times but Noone has responded.

  13. saved email suddenly disappeared

    yesterday all saved email was there, today gone. I save them for a reason and to have them gone is disconcerting. Been an AOL subscriber for more than 30 years and this has never happened.

    Hi there. The Samsung Keyboard issue should be fixed in the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later. 

  15. My filed emails have all come out of their folders. I have almost 10k emails in my inbox and it's causing extreme anxiety.

  16. Stop the default to old mail when a post has been opened. Does not happen on my PC version but on phone and tablet app.

    I cannot find a switch to turn this feature off and it's a real pain, means I do not open important email on my phone, or move them immeditly to a different file. this only happens in the New mail file.

  17. mail combining stop

    stop combining emails from the same address. it makes it difficult got back. also replies always jumps to the bottom when typing so you do not see as typing typing

  18. I HAVE HAD THIS AOL ACCOUNT FOR AT LEAST 23 YEARS. IT NEVER HAS MY CORRECT LOCATION. CURRENTLY IT SAYS I AM LOCATED IN CASA GRANDE AZ. WRONG
