I'm really unhappy with this app. think I'll go to aol online mail and recreate the website mail login page and go back to using it. hope you dont have that screwed up too. the more they change the worse it gets.

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

In order to help you, please try to to power cycle your phone.
Here’s how:
1. Press and Hold the Power button.
2. Select Shut-down.
3. After the phone is completely shut-down, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the screen lights-up.If you still encounter issues, please try a quick uninstall and reinstall of the app.

there is no not Spam icon in the Spam folder. When I try to move emails I see a -hyphen or negative icon. Clicking on it made the email go
negative icon in Spam folder causes not Spam emails to disappear.
Please select an email form your Spam folder. After that, tap on the three horizontal dots on the upper right corner (next to the Trash icon and the open Envelope icon). From here you can mark the emails as not spam, move/flag them.

Where is the "Not Spam" icon? I only see a Spam icon?
More detail? Where is the "Not Spam"icon? It was there now it's gone!

Thanks for reaching out. In order to disable the reminder, open your AOL Calendar, from a desktop computer, locate the event and click on it, then select Edit. Next Click on the drop-down arrow next to the reminder section, and select “No reminder” from the drop-down.

stop the app from shuffling every 10 minutes. Hate periodically being sent back to the top, having to search for where I was !
Maybe have an option to turn off going back to the top. I've stopped reading at times because it is so annoying !

Can you please follow the steps below, to make sure the Notification Sound is Silent, then let us know if you still receive a notification sound for every email received:
1. Open the AOL App.
2. Tap on the Settings button (Gear icon on the bottom right).
3. Tap on Notifications.
4. Tap on ‘System Notification Settings’ or Tap on the Importance level (e.g. High, Medium, Low) depending on the device you are using.
5. Under the ‘Email Received’ section, tap on your Email Address.
6. Tap on ‘Notification style’.
7. Select ‘Silent’. -
In Germany we use letters called Umlaut which are vocals with two dots on top.Since a while it doesn't work,shows instead questionmarks.
it worked til May. This way I can't send correct emails.Please add the German Umlaute again! When I write it looks correct but getting it back I can see the question marks instead of ä ...
The AOL App uses the device’s keyboard language. In order to resolve this, change the keyboard language to German.

Stop this on my phone. I never put this app on my phone. too many interruptions and ads Not of interest.

how do you shrink large videos to email?
AOL doesnt shrink videos for email Ive tried mobile data and it doesnt work.
The feature that you are referring to is not available in the AOL app.
