Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

How do I reset password?
Reset password
Your password gives you access to every AOL service you use. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it to get back in to your AOL account. It’s also a good idea to update your password regularly and to make sure it’s unique from other passwords you use. Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly.
If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.

im getting in excess of 200 spams daily. what can i do ?
i am being spam bombed, please help.
Hi there,
If you’ve started to receive an endless flow of junk email, you may be the victim of spam bombing. This is a tactic used by bad actors and hackers to distract you from seeing emails that really are important to you. This can also be an indication that another login account has been compromised.

When emails go missing in AOL Mail, it’s often due to a few simple things; either the message is in the wrong folder or your third-party mail client’s settings.
The first thing place to check if you’re missing mail is to check your other folders. If you find missing messages in these folders it’s likely they were either mistakenly marked as Spam or filtered. Should this happen, check your filters and spam settings to make sure they’re what you expect them to be.
Also, please uninstall/reinstall the email app or remove and re-add your account to it. If the issue persists, please turn your phone off/on and switch between data and WIFI.
Hope this helps!
