  1. please give me the old email format. I have used AOL since 1995. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to respond to an email.

    ich möchte eine E-Mail aus meinen gespeicherten Mails weiter verschicken das geht aber nicht ich muss sie immer erst in das Fach neueingang versenden das ist viel zu kompliziert

  4. select boxes require too much accuracy. most times, it opens the email. when I click on anything, the whole screen jiggles around. why?

  20. Allow folders to be visible without going into a saved folder first. When going back into an email after link, it goes into Old Mail.

    One set of folders, not many within Saved folder. When going back into an email, go straight there, not the Main, them Old Mail.
