Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    my email messages are received on my laptop but not on my app on the cell phone. I never had a problem before this new format

    this app is ALWAYS freezing and won't open emails. I have to kill the app all the time. I want to be able to get all my emails in one place and be able to get notifications on only specific emails. I wish I could sync my email to other email apps. I really hate this app.

    On my Samsung phone, when I go to reply to an email, the cursor keeps bouncing up and down on the screen. it's very disconcerting to find out where you are typing. I am ready to quit AOL entirely and redirect my emails to gmail or elsewhere. I see others have had this problem too and it is not getting fixed.

    What have you done over the last few months, my AOL mail after 20+ years is now becoming unworkable. Such a shame that what was a great service has become unstable.

    icon badges don't appear and can't be reset

    put back push notifications and load the mail at time it was sent

    If I read a mail, I can't check later same email. Also I can't see sended email. This is not good. So I must use browser
