Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    1st: When I scroll in news it just starts flickering (jumps quickly up and down). The news work but it's annoying and it's a bug to be repaired
    2nd: When I go to search and write something, I don't see what I write. That should also be repaired

    This Aol APP doesn't allow me to copy and paste sometimes and it slows me down from getting things done, PLEASE WORK OUT the ISSUES, THANKS!

    I was pretty specific. The App is too busy. Aol email sent to gmail takes HOURS!

    can't delete phones email app, getting double email notices with this app, driving me crazy I have to delete AOL app

    it takes forever for my AOL main address to load up. I uninstalled and reinstalled the AOL and still the same problem. I understand this a new set up with AOL now please resend that information thank you and fix my loading emails

    Discribe my idea in more detail... Fix your ******* software! I'm tired of seeing the 1 next to my ******* AOL icon because your software is such ****! I'm tired of having to restart my ******* phone every ******* day so I don't see the ******* 1 next to the ******* app! OR! Having to switch back and forth from the email addresses I have so I can delete my ******* email! Because half the ******* time and I mean MORE than half the time, it says that you're having technical difficulties! I can't delete my email! Unreal! And I have written you at least a dozen times about this **** and you STILL haven't fixed it! You still haven't done anything about it! Fix your ******* software! I'm telling you right now that if I have to deal with this any longer, I am legitimately going to a different email service! I am done! I am ******* done with your ******* ********!

    I have tried shutting down and restarting my phone 3 times. Figures because just yesterday my I.T. boyfriend was teasing me for still having an aol email account. May be time for a change.

    MS edge is used to access AOL but that also gives resolving host issue. The AOL name and password window also gives the resolving host issue so
    it takes ,10-15 minutes to get to mail box or longer on occasion

    stop with the 1or2 page paragraph and make us go to the next page 10 or more times
