i couldn't sign in other app

i want to sign in in other email apps but it sends verification code on email but i don't get any code

    had account over 39 years can't get into it

    I have pin number sign in. Request a pin, nothing, resend code, nothing. Have used AOL mail for 28 years. Whatever update this is not working. Having trouble signing in.

    it said I need to verify my email address but the code that I need for verification does not appear in my email
