in "reply" cursor constantly flips to the bottom of the page. please fix this.

Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February.
In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey.

in a string of emails under a single subject, the replies get compressed into a smaller and smaller column until there is literally room for a single letter in each line. it's ridiculous. I'm also experiencing the cursor jumping to the bottom of the string automatically forcing g me to scroll up to put it where i left off, only for it to happen again

Incompatibility between your new format and some Keyboard apps such as the simple Google 1. The inserted carriage return is maddening.
