    stop with all meet secret ads. every time I check my email it's constantly there. we shouldn't have to pay extra to get rid of these annoying ads. maybe we should start a class action lawsuit

    This AOL mail is the biggest bunch of ******** I've ever seen.. Having to click through 20 links of ADS just to get access to your mail Is **** ******* poor customer service to me. i am hoping X comes out with a email service so we could throw this **** in the ******* trash.....

    Totally agree! Am so tired of this ad!! Have been with AOL more than 10 yrs but have been looking at other sites because of this ad..QUIT IT !!!

    I have to repeatedly delete emails that I already deleted, if I put an email into spam, all future emails from that address should also go to spam.

    The one thing that I hate the most is ads! We are bombarded everywhere and now you want to make a few bucks more? I'm not paying you so I don't see ads. My promise, I will give 3 months to completely remove the ads or I will cancel you. I remove Facebook and Instagram because of your ********.

    I have had my AOL since I was in college 1980 now you have block or destroy my account I need my AOL. my Grand children in Europe and South America can't reach me for nearly a year. I am soon to be 80 years old. I need my AOL

    I'm tired of the limited amount of text to create a folder is allowed. It's insane to only allow a very tiny amount but subfolders have no limit. I've sent several emails and NEVER EVER get any follow up. Seems you don't have follow ups with Anywon including just me.

    stop taking me to AOL+ upgrade. I don't want it. I accidently got into it and now can't get out, can't get help to get it off my phone
