  1. Make it easier to change the notification sound. Give better instructions for triubleshooting.

    It doesn't give me a place to choose what notification sound I want. It's just using the default I have on my Android.

  9. stop autoplaying videos (that I'm not even seeing) EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AUTOPLAY VIDEOS SET TO OFF.

  10. Please provide simple access to vacation settings. Your so called help directs one to settings then more settings. No such button is there.

    Make it easier to set vacation messages.
    Current instructions do not work.

    Pressing more settings does not lead to an appropriate button.

  12. Add setting to leave email unread when opened

    When I access via web interface, my emails are left as unread unless I explicitly mark them as read. I cannot find a way to replicate this functionality in the app

  15. Allow different sound notifications for messages(customers that have google chrome). I will be canceling my AOL account due to this issue!

    due to the fact, I have google chrome. Your representative stated that I am unable to change or have a different notification sound. I have 2 different email accounts, which both have the same notification sound when I receive email. Therefore, I must check both emails, which is very time consuming. Since my AOL account has been hacked so many times, due to SLACK security(in the past). I will be deleting my AOL account, as soon as I completely notify all my creditors of the change.   16. allow us to edit the adverts. I really don't want gambling adverts and I don't see a way to exclude them. I'm happy with general ads.

    many people may have areas they prefer not to see adverts about, for different personal reasons. We should be able to exclude these very specific adverts, while accepting the rest.

  17. allow email to be 'home page' not "news"

    allow me to set my email as my home page in your app. I will check the news when I want to check the news but, you are first and foremost an email service provider, so please provide the service we 'employ' you to provide and relegate the actions you get back handers for to voluntary use.
