  1. my email when sending now to the recipient says topsexlife. I don't think that is funny and that is not my email.

    when I send out an email it tells recipient that it is from topsexlife. That is not my email

    We’re really sorry to hear your displeasure with the advertising on the AOL App. In order for AOL to offer things like web content and products, we need to sell advertising just like any newspaper, magazine or television station would.

    But we certainly don’t want to get to a point where we start to lose our valued audience, so your feedback is greatly valued.

  6. please stop sending my email to my trash folder

    most of my email is directed to my trash folder and then deleted; why???

    Hello there! If you notice your emails are going to the Trash or to the wrong folder, it might be because of a faulty filter redirecting your emails to different folders, other than the Inbox. Check your settings to view or change where they're going.

    Also, if you're using a mobile app or program, such as Outlook or Mac Mail, that is set up to delete email from the server, you'll need to contact the manufacturer for help.

    Hi there. If you wish to add a new email address, tap on your profile icon, then on Manage account and you should see the Add Account link.

  9. U were told of fathers passing12 years & 4 month,while his account items are still needed, his email has no way to get into, can't use his

    can't use late fathers account for verification, have 2 use mine, but also can't lose his stuff

  13. get rid of the group message by Subject. when I move one message into a particular folder it moves the entire thread and creates extra work

    Hi there,

    You can turn off conversations, by going to the Settings page in the app, scroll to the ‘’Customize your inbox’’ field then toggle off ’’Conversations’’.

    To see all your folders, tap on the Inbox button from the bottom of the app then select the folder you wish to open.

  16. Why is a 2nd unknown name programmed in my mailbox? It displays when creating new msg in drop down window if changing who msg is from.FIX!!

    A 2nd email user address is associated in my mailbox. I see name when creating a new email under dropdown window of who is sending email.
    I do not know email address.
