  2. get rid of the new format. I want to be able to move emails to another folder without having to open it.

    It's not rocket science. You did not improve anything. You made moving and/or deleting an email more difficult. Fix it.

  7. Fix the email! I lost 95% of email I'd saved across all platforms. Also lost all of last year's. Email going from inbox to trash???

  17. aol reply all deletes images from inbox after I hit reply and screen scrolls. to bottom of message instead of staying under Subject line

    my inbox on AOL WORKS FINE BUT WHEN I GO TO REPLY TO THE MESSAGES THE SCREEN DELETES THE IMAGES AND REPLACES IT WITH MULTIPLE (OBJ) AND THE SCREEN SCROLLS TO BOTTOM INSTEAD OF STAYING UNDER SUBJECT LINE . SORRY FOR LARGE CAPS

  20. There seems to be different versions one doesn't have my contacts so they don't pop up when I type a few letters of their email address.

    What more detail do you need.
    I do wish a more secure version exists like the one for a PC.
