  3. Problems

    when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..

    but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??
    I can delete it but not move mail from new mail.

    I'm using a Samsung phone android operating system..

    this has been going on for 2+ weeks very frustrating?
    I have been with AOL since 1995 the dial up days.. please help..

    I wish all my email would populate in the order it's received in my inbox instead of bits and pieces here and there over several days. it's very frustrating. If I accidentally delete an email, and try to find it, sometimes it's totally gone. I search for it in the search bar and check every folder option and can't find it. Im ready to use a different email provider. I feel like I'm losing and missing emails.

  10. Add margins to printed emails so they don't get cut off by the printer.

    Most printers cannot start printing at the edge of the page. Please add margins to printed emails so the text doesn't get cut off.

  14. GROUP TOGETHER NOTIFICATIONS

    Recently, the app has been sending separate notifications for each email so it really clutters my screen and notification panel.

    The app used to group all new emails into one notification icon. How do I get that back?

  17. Stop putting suggested recipient list for new emails. It is too easy to hit the wrong name by accident, or to hit more than one name.
