Sehr geehrtes AOL-Support-Team,
ich habe seit einiger Zeit ein Problem mit meinem AOL-E-Mail-Postfach und hoffe, dass Sie mir weiterhelfen können.
Sobald ich einen gespeicherten Antwort-Entwurf lösche, wird nicht nur der Entwurf entfernt, sondern offenbar die komplette ursprüngliche E-Mail beziehungsweise der gesamte E-Mail-Verlauf. Die betreffende E-Mail befindet sich anschließend auch nicht im Papierkorb, sondern ist vollständig verschwunden und für mich nicht mehr auffindbar.
Ich möchte natürlich lediglich meinen Antwort-Entwurf löschen und nicht die ursprüngliche E-Mail beziehungsweise die gesamte Unterhaltung.Könnten Sie bitte prüfen, woran dieses Verhalten liegen könnte und wie ich verhindern kann, dass beim Löschen eines Entwurfs gleichzeitig die ursprüngliche…

Please stop blasting us with far-right clickbait. In the past, the AOL app showed news pieces from a variety of sources in its newfeed. Now when I open the app, I'm confronted with endless content from the Daily Express, much of it with a disgusting anti-migrant *****. There is also a sprinkling from the Mirror and the Guardian, but this hardly constitutes balance. Please could you add a feature to mute certain news sources, or failing that, provide a more balanced selection.

Some of my emails are missing in the app. When I was able to use the old format everything was there, but now I have a Samsung s26 and I can't get the old format. How do I access the old format??

as a function where emails from certain sender's are sent straight to my chosen folder for that sender
I would like to have folders from individual senders such as if a car insurance email comes in it is automatically filed in that folder. An email from a holiday company would go straight to the holidays folder. I would like to be able to set up and customise this feature.

I need the Topp Contacts a.k.a. Related Contacts to be deleted if I choose. This is intrusive when on Android and sharing from another APP.
Enhancement Request: Improve Control Over “Top Contacts” and “Related Contacts”
I would like AOL to provide users with more control over the contacts that appear in Top Contacts and Related Contacts.
During testing, I found the following problematic behavior:
- A contact can continue appearing in Top Contacts or Related Contacts even after the contact has been deleted from AOL Contacts.
- The contact may no longer appear under Contacts → All Contacts or Contacts → Top Contacts, yet can still appear elsewhere as a suggested or related contact.
- Deleting the contact's emails does not necessarily remove the contact from these suggestions.

While I like Aol Mail and have no complaints about it (been a user since 2000), I feel like the Aol News feed that comes with it, is no longer a non-biased news feed. I come to Aol to read my mail and the news, not the next Democrat's thought on the President of the Country. Worse yet, the News feed is so slow to load, due to trackers and ads, that it doesn't feel worth the wait to read any of the articles presented, anymore. I have a great idea. make it easier to cancel subscriptions we pay for in AOL app if we decide we don't want/ need them anymore!!
I want to cancel the paid aol add in for tech support and cannot find where it is to do this! looked everywhere i could see that might take me there. I've used aol since dial up, so not new here. I do want to keep aol mail, just not the paid add in.
