  1. Stop clearing selected items whe new email is posted forcing user to re-select emails to be deleted or marked "read", for example.

    I get many emails I don't want multiple times a day. So I start going down my inbox selecting those I intend to delete. I can have, say, 10 selected, but before I can press the 'delete' icon, if a new message arrives in my inbox, all the check marks for emails marked for deletion vanish. So I have to go down the list and re-select them.

  5. just gove an option to report problems, feedback is dumb.

    Feedback should be for suggestions, give us an option to report problems, such as nothing is working properly in email for a couple weeks now.

  6. unable to delete receipts in Receipts folder. I called AOL and I was advised that is how it was created. please have an option to delete it

  17. why is

    Why is the app suddenly categorizing emails received today (e.g 2 hours ago and older) as "This Week" but not as "Today"? It even sometimes categorizing emails received today as "Yesterday" or "This Month" I have paused the app, rebooted the phone, still doing it

  20. Problems

    when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..

    but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??
    I can delete it but not move mail from new mail.

    I'm using a Samsung phone android operating system..

    this has been going on for 2+ weeks very frustrating?
    I have been with AOL since 1995 the dial up days.. please help..
