    As an older person I want to keep News and other posts separate from my personal E mails.I enjoy news on Tv , my personal phone is just that Personal! See flashing posts while trying to find my E mail from family and friends Is Very Upsetting and frustrating 🤯

    Suddenly, iPhone app keeps logging me out which requires full login EVERY TIME I need to check email. I’ve looked for a setting that keeps me logged in but find nothing. VERY frustrating.

    In addition, it seems some settings revert to basic now that I’m being logged out each time. I’ve set my signature at least 6 times - when I notice it’s reverted and have the time to deal with it.

    It was fine the way it was. Sometimes new/updates aren’t “better”.

    I’m sick and tired of having to keep signing in multiple times. I shouldn’t have to go through all those steps to put in my username and then again for my password. Fix this app!

    I haven’t been able to sign in for over a month through the app. I have an iPhone and the “connection is not secure.” But I can get into everything else on my phone always. AOL needs to address this please.

    AOL app is not and has not been working. Signs me out and takes a very long time to load, if at all to sign back in. Someone please fix this.

    I have been getting mail for a person in California named Lawrence Muzio. His e-mail address is exactly the same as mine. I called for technical help and was told that it is impossible, but obviously it is not because I have it. This tech told me to change my password, I said that my password has nothing to do with what mail comes into my mailbox. So the he hung up on me and I didn’t even get a chance to rate my experience. I pay every month for my aol service and would like to get some. Please.

    It’s sad that is app is going down the drain. I can’t even login, it keeps on saying that I need to enable the “cookies”.

    But there is no visible option to enable the “cookies”.

    So how am I supposed to add my aol account to the aol app?!

    It’s ridiculous. I’m able to access my dashboard, but I can’t login to my email account?!

    I’ve had it. I’m migrating all my aol email communications to protonmail.

    If I’m gonna pay for something, then I’ll a better email service.

    I’ve used protonmail for the occasional email communications, a free version with no ads although barely...as mostly I did use aol, since I had used aol as my main email, but anymore after this frustrating and very irritating bug...I’ll just have to do an email blast to everyone that I communicate via email...that protonmail will be my new main email address...

    Aol email and app totally sucks and they won’t do anything about it. Now I know why everybody laughs at me when I tell them I have an AOL account. Nobody’s had an AOL account since the 90’s. I guess their customer service explains why.

    I’m trying to login with the new password and I can’t get out of my AOL account. And I saw somebody else complaining about your liberal ideology that you’re pushing in your mail including child murder and torture and you should be ashamed of yourselves! You have innocent blood on your hands! Turn to Jesus Christ while you still can or you stay and condemned! You have been worn and you will be without excuse! In Christ.

    Mail is messed up. In the old mail folder it’s now showing oldest mail first, then searching old mail it will only show sent messages!! What’s going on??

    Please fix this app! It is asking to sign in every time. Plus is crashes constantly. What has happened???

    Why for four months or longer do I have to sign in to my account. You say it will be fixed but it’s not.

    You have IT techs that can easily fix this issue. Please do so and advise ASAP
