Every day every computer I have to click make AOL homepage. My settings are correct. does not help
There is a problem with the setting part off Make AOL my home page. Mine is set correctly and every time I log on to every Computer in the house it wants me to set it again and it will not let me do it It just stays the same. This has been going on for a while. AOL has always been my home page and never had any problem with that part before.

Phone numbers?
There really should be a phone number for paid subscribers to call to voice their displeasure with the direction of AOL Desktop Gold. Every change that has been made to Gold has been another step towards duplicating AOL.com web page. I will say this: After being a paid subscriber for over 20 years, I will cancel my subscription the day after they change the AOL mail within desktop to match the web mail. Stop requesting call back code to a computer used almost everyday
My idea is AOL is not a very secure email service. I have to call to get a code on my home computer every time I use it. ( Which is 3-5 times per week. ) The code was also left on my answering machine. Anyone can get into my email with a system like this.

I get this repeatedly on almost every email I send for about two to three tries. All occur with a delay time.

improve standard version cannot open the email from email@email.com but when we use the basic its allowing us to open the email and access

email on desktop take forever to load, and after a while, est. 3 mins to load the the message, it will ask if I want to use the std view to load.
What did you do over there when you were selling aol??

I have tried for 3 months to cancel my 25+ year account and keep getting "next month". BS. I'm tired of this and want to close out!
If you try to cancel/terminate/delete your username and receive the following message, “We apologize that the feature for enabling our users to cancel their username and email address is currently unavailable. We are working diligently to have this feature functioning by August 2018”, you’ll need to come back to MyAccount at a later date.

I NEED YOUR HELP. MY EMAIL ID WAS HACKED BY SOMEONE AND THAT HACKER IS CONSTANTLY MESSAGING MY CLIENTS USING YOUR EMAIL SERVICE. MY ID IS ***@yahoo.com and the hacker is using *****@aol.com . Please look into this matter and block that user so that he can't harm us in future. If you can't do that please let me know so that I can officially file complain.
