I pay 40.00 a month for this. And all I get is advertising. And I don't want noisy videos on every article and what do I pay for?
This isn't an idea. I've used AOL forever and pay for it and get all the ads now suddenly, and noisy video ads, plus noisy news. This is not what I pay for. AOL has been something I kept because it keeps me from this. But I might as well use my free accounts. Gmail or cloud mail or others. I can pay for anything else and SAVE money.
Sorry about your experience. At this time, Ad-Free AOL Mail is only available when checking email on the web from your computer. If you access AOL Mail using the AOL Desktop software or your mobile device, you will continue to see paid advertising. For more information please check this article: https://help.aol.com/articles/ad-free-aol-mail

Get rid of AOL's connection to Mozilla/Firefox
My grandfather has been using AOL for decades and he had no problems until you hooked up to mozilla/firefox. He is a disabled vet and
all his vet friends and old union buddies agree. You need to get rid
of this combo. Your rate went up and your service got even worse. He
was blocked from the VeteransToday site and now he gets this ****
stating that his connection is insecure.....or that firefox can't find a
server......is it any surprise that so many of them are stressed out? Please access aol.com from a different browser like Google Chrome.
