I just looked at a feedback "response" from AOL...
And I'm extremely disappointed!
The response/answer was absolutely NO answer AT ALL...
In fact, aside from being a NON answer...
It was a total INSULT!!!
I feel like I've been completely disrespected, dismissed, and pandered to!
I'm NOT THAT IGNORANT... OR... GULLIBLE!
If you're not going to care enough about your customers...
Or accountable enough to actually be responsive to your customers complaints and "feedback"...
DO NOT PRETEND YOU ARE, OR THAT YOU WILL!!!
