STOP asking for my phone number when I sign in.
If my account is hacked and they get your stupid question you will not know the difference of what number is put in. I could or anyone put in any number which makes no difference. Stop using phone numbers.

format your open page where the AOL Member can customize the outlets they want
Took me when Trump got elected in 2016 that outlets like AOL are controlling information in order to create an outcome. After research, I learned that it's been going on for a long time but escalated around JFK's time. Sure would be nice to find out what is actually news and truth

AOLs AI and security system is age discriminatory to elderly people
As I have only one phone and it is a flip fone, I am unable to update my credit card info because your AI system requires ne to retieve a text, With a flip fone, I cannot go on HOLD, in order to retrieve the code number--as I have to hang up in order to speak to your techs. I also tried to update my card on line--and the AI system would not allow me to do that either (I think because my card was not current. I need to walk 2 bocks to my nearest neighbor, to ask them…

Line spacing has changed in AOL Email window - ******* the Eyes
Hi,
AOL has changed the line spacing in the Emails window, where you can see all of your Email. It is very ******* the eyes. This seems to have occurred in the last two weeks.In your old layout, there was more space between the email title, and the line that shows the beginning of the email content. The space was important. With the new layout, it is very ******* the eyes.
I called AOL Tech support about this, and they denied there was a change. However, I have screenshots that prove it.
Can you please put this space back…

contact suggestion
When I try to write an email, and I try to type the email address that I want to sent an email to is not showing as a suggestion to click directly on the email, and also sometimes they are not showing in the contact list but before i had them into the contact list. I'm using the web mail and also tried the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser and also with incognito window and also cleared the cache and cookies. same problem. In the comments section in the article aol has posted about Britney Griner, the Lesbian Basketball player, if someone discusses God in the negative you allow it but if I write "virgin birth of God" it needs approval. Also I have been harassed to day in the comments after I ended the conversation multiple times and aol allowed it although it is against your guidelines. Get rid of the annoying pop up windows that come up every few clicks when I working in mail. They take me off my page and if I'm not paying attention I'm all of a sudden clicking on an add or entering information where I don't want to enter it.
