  5. Recover password using power of attorney

    Allow recovery of password with power of attorney, please. Mom is addled, does not do texts, seldom answers the phone. She is in Missouri, I, her daughter with POA, am in Colorado.

  7. Make flexibility/sync with older mail app versions that need generating passwords.

    There is always a problem with generating passwords from AOL to use in older mail apps. The service is usually not available. Please come up with a new way or make an app like Outlook or add the features like it.

    Limited features right now. I am sure you can come to some understanding.

  8. CLEARLY state where and how we should forward very questionable phishing expeditions.

    Trying to get a fast email address to forward suspicious phishing emails is impossible. AOL seems to do everything so that it doesn't know about what's happening to real customers. PLEASE GIVE US AN UP_FRONT ADDRESS WHERE WE CAN FORWARD SUSPICIOUS EMAILS.

  9. i want to thank rep nani for fixing my spam/reg mail problem. while speaking to her we got disconnected and even though she did not call me

  15. I have received a note indicating that my email will be cancelled unless I send my password for a new one .

    Provide a clear way to determine if messages are truly from AOL and that information have it easily accessible so that others don't have to spend time looking for valid vs invalid yielding not information but a lot of frustration.

  18. Apollo-AOL scrambled my 25+ yr account and now says it can't validate w/o sychronization?

    What is that? Help is useless. Spam an issue when Yahoo was merged-but at least the mail was clear.
