  1. You can take off suggestions searches in my browser.

    My aol browser is making mistakes as I type in the website I want to use. I would like for you to take out search suggestions that I do not use or want in the Browser.

  2. I have received a note indicating that my email will be cancelled unless I send my password for a new one .

    Provide a clear way to determine if messages are truly from AOL and that information have it easily accessible so that others don't have to spend time looking for valid vs invalid yielding not information but a lot of frustration.

    What is that? Help is useless. Spam an issue when Yahoo was merged-but at least the mail was clear.

  12. Emails from people who are in my contact list are going to Spam folder. Started around 5/12/22. Why? How to fix?

    Around 5/12/22, emails from several people...people from whom I receive emails regularly and are in my Contact List...started going into my Spam folder. Marking the emails as "not Spam" did not fix the problem. Their emails continue to go to my Spam folder. The emails I'm having a problem with are coming from staff at a non-profit. Does AOL filter suspect their email server is sending Spam? How do I fix this problem?

    I have trouble keeping identical pw's on my iphone and on laptop.Sometimes I wind up different pw's for an account on my laptop and on my iphone. I also don't want all my accounts to sync.   15. Why is AOL Still SO Clueless?

    Why is it that I can click to turn OFF all my subscriptions to AOL and still being SPAMMED by you? Aren't you smart enough to realize this is alienating people? Why do you abuse those who want to be a customer? As poorly as AOL has done for 4 decades, you would think they would welcome new people and make them feel welcomed and safe here?

    The people that have run AOL for so long are clueless and inept! Why do you continue down this path?

    A true sign of insanity is doing the same thing over and over…

  18. Possible Spam

    I am getting AOL email saying AOL is updating it's mailbox and if I don't do certain things I may lose the email in my mailbox. Is this true, or is it spam? I tried to ask this question in other ways, and I didn't find any. It is hard to find a way to ask questions on AOL.

  19. I do not speak Spanish. I do not read Spanish. E N G L I S H is my language..

    ENGLISH... It should not take FIFTEEN MINUTES to change my language to English E V E R Y T I M E I sign in. AOL used to be my 'fun email'. Now it is tedious. I hardly ever come here (unless I have an HOUR that I don't mind wasting.)
