    SPAM FOLDER COLUMNS ARE WRONG AGAIN...TECHS CONTINUE TO PLEASE THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF AOL LONG-TIME SUBSCRIBERS. NEED TO PUT BACK "DELETE ALL" IN SENDER COLUMN & NOT BY SUBJECT!! AOL CAN'T KEEP OUT SPAM, YET PUT MANY OF MY LONG-TERM ADDRESSES INTO SPAM FOLDER & VICE VERSA. THEREFORE, I MUST CONSTANTLY COMB THRU SPAM MAILS FOR MY IMPORTANT BANKING & OTHER EMAIL LONG-TIME ADDRESSER MAIL SENT TO ME. NOW YOUVE MADE IT MORE TEDIOUS BY CHANGING DELETE ALL IN THE SUBJECT COLUMN, & NOT IN ADDRESS COLUMN!! YOU ARE NOT LETTING USERS HAVE THE THINGS THAT WORKED BUT FORCING THE USE…

    Allow recovery of password with power of attorney, please. Mom is addled, does not do texts, seldom answers the phone. She is in Missouri, I, her daughter with POA, am in Colorado.

Critical Vulnerability of His Web Server An attacker could use this vulnerability to attack your Web site.   14. Make flexibility/sync with older mail app versions that need generating passwords.

    There is always a problem with generating passwords from AOL to use in older mail apps. The service is usually not available. Please come up with a new way or make an app like Outlook or add the features like it.

    Limited features right now. I am sure you can come to some understanding.

  15. CLEARLY state where and how we should forward very questionable phishing expeditions.

    Trying to get a fast email address to forward suspicious phishing emails is impossible. AOL seems to do everything so that it doesn't know about what's happening to real customers. PLEASE GIVE US AN UP_FRONT ADDRESS WHERE WE CAN FORWARD SUSPICIOUS EMAILS.

  16. i want to thank rep nani for fixing my spam/reg mail problem. while speaking to her we got disconnected and even though she did not call me

    got disconnected and even though she did not call me back to reconnect she continued with resolving my problem perfectly. thank you nani job well done
