    Why have I been banned from commenting on the AOL articles without so much as a notification? My last post was 15 days ago. I have been an AOL member for years. I see multiple people have this same problem. If you're using OpenWeb to control access. That may explain the reason.

    Everything you write in your so-called "news" relating to President Trump is biased against him. Whether you like it or not the majority of Americans are supportive of President Trump. And when he wins the next election I hope he remembers who supported him and WHO DIDN'T.

    I am having a lot of problems with the New AOL. The Classic AOL was MUCH BETTER!
    FIRST - I cannot find the Times Roman Font that I need to use to submit my poetry. I cannot find Ariel Font either.
    WHY DID YOU REMOVE the two most popular fonts for submitting literature?

    I tried to get my classic AOL back and was told that it was no longer available.

  6. Please provide a way to contact AOL technical staff *in writing*

    My phone number is useless for verification because AOL insists on adding a spurious zero between my country code and area code. The phone number AOL tries to message is invalid, so the verification messages never arrive.
    The chat is useless and refers me to the telephone support, but no first-level support employee will be able to do anything about this, which is clearly due to a mistaken assumption by developers. Only a written problem report has any chance of being relayed to development. How about it?

    Case #22975421. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH AOL APP ON MY PHONE. I can log into AOL on my computer but not on my phone. Endless cycle of uninstalling the app, re-installing, changing the password, and all I keep getting is an endless cycle of trying unsuccessfully to log-in to my email dozens of time and getting a white screen at news feed page (no news or anything shows) and a solid black screen on email log in screen (can't get beyond this screen).   13. Datamask does not install properly. I have screenshots showing installation is compromised.

    Have an advanced tech look into this. I did have assistance from AOL, but it was unsuccessful.

    AOL, I keep responding to you HERE, at Feedback. I am not on X, I don't DM. Please help me and all the others who have complained about this constant problem, as I have described below.
    AOL, you responded to me by email, but it says I cannot reply.
    I don't know what a "DM" is and I am certainly NOT on "x.com"

  18. Hardware problem: call support 800-827-6364, wants the 1st 3 letters of my email addr, can't hear me.

    You have no way on your web site to report obvious problems like this one. As stated above, I needed to call Support, dialed above number. Automated voice wanted the first three letters of my email address but couldn't hear (did not respond to) my voice. Tried half a dozen times.
