lines down the left side of the emails
AOL, I keep responding to you HERE, at Feedback. I am not on X, I don't DM. Please help me and all the others who have complained about this constant problem, as I have described below.
AOL, you responded to me by email, but it says I cannot reply.
I don't know what a "DM" is and I am certainly NOT on "x.com"

Hardware problem: call support 800-827-6364, wants the 1st 3 letters of my email addr, can't hear me.
You have no way on your web site to report obvious problems like this one. As stated above, I needed to call Support, dialed above number. Automated voice wanted the first three letters of my email address but couldn't hear (did not respond to) my voice. Tried half a dozen times.

Rejected for no reasons given with no appeals by AOL
My comment account has also been rejected for NO GOOD REASON & I have not misused any of the guidelines listed. No profanity, threats, lies, vulgar languish OR starting a fight on purpose. This is not how to treat a 20 plus year PAYING customer. All comments , Even praise, Is now rejected without a warning, A reason,a notice, & any appeals I have made go unanswered by AOL. I guess your not interested in my business anymore. I'll find another server.

What happened to "comments"? The little blue block at the end of an article to open the "comments" is there but when you click on the box - nothing appears. Posted 5/14/24

I would like to remove sub usernames tedleoclaramae.
My parent died last two years ago. No longer to keep sub usernames!
Anyway, I did set up a new sub username for my parent and anyway, they never used it. My parent died last two years ago.
I would like to change new password to my new ID user name and it is Debbie.
I can change my new passwords by myself.

The Free AOL is messing up. There is no send button

this is ongoing in an attempt by AOL to SELL Ad Block. Not a good idea. After 20 years with AOL I am strongly thinking of not being intimidated and changing my email address and going with another site.

for the past two days i have not been getting any emails on any devices. did all the trouble shooting. y do i need to pay for help?
I have not gotten my emails for two days on any devices. I can sign in and only have access to mail that came in 2+days ago. Went through all the trouble shooting doesnt seem to be a problem on my end. Was told by virtual chat to call. call wants to charge me money to help. why do i need to pay for something that is clearly an aol issue? I am an aol user for 20+ years this is enough to make me say i need to use other emails for my important mail.

Teach customer service skills.
Stop trying to "up sell $29.99" services to people on Social Security who have been customers for over 20 years. Your agents are far more interested in making you $$$, than helping the people around when you were the "top dog" of email. Shame on you
