  2. Get someone to talk to your customers that can be understood.

    It’s hard to talk to people that don’t speak good English.

  3. I am very dissapointed in your service. I have been with AOL for many years and now that your shortcut isn't working I am told i need to pay

    I am suddenly unable to use of tne of the aol features- I am getting an error message. something is broken on aol and I would like it fixed. I have been a long standing customer for many years and now when I need help you want me to pay for fixing your short cut.
    that is wrong!

  4. I like the new AOL but how do I add a contact? All it allows me to do is edit. It will not let me save. Thank You!

  8. More work still needs to be done with being able to take copies without going thru so much trial & error to get the pages I want to copy to

  10. People utilized the older AOL because it met their needs. When someone sends photos and I want to forward 1 or 2 - there is no way to do it

    Return to the old format! Please! I refer to previous emails that are stored, and now they are not available. I know it's Tues or Wed, you don't have to tell us! The photo "preview" is horrendous. Can't delete and have to open each one to see. A photo of a foot? Really?

  12. CANT LOG IN TO POST COMMENTS ANYMORE? IS THAT NOW ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO PAY AOL?

    WHY CAN I NO LONGER MAKE COMMENTS ON STORIES??? WHY IS AOL THE WORST THING TO USE NOW? WHY HAVE YOU GUYS DECIDED TO RUIN EVERYTHING GOOD ABOUT AOL. YOU BLOCK PEOPLE FROM LOGGING IN TO COMMENT AND NOW YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY RUINED THE EMAIL...RUINED!!!!!

    BE HELPFUL >>>Oh my account has suspicious activity so it was shut down so I cannot access. Called the unhelpful # and was told we will get back to you in 3-5 days!! Really? Can you transfer me to supervisor - "NO" - we are not allowed to transfer,what suspicious activity? "I can't say, it has been bumped up and someone will call you in 3-5 days.

  14. Better help on phone calls for help

    My Favorites folder lost all of my folders ever since the "upgrade" to email. Called help and got some one who cannot speak english very well then my call was disconnected. Needless to say I got no help and still do not have my folders. I've been a member since 1997.

  17. An email came to me from supposedly from AOL that I canceled my email, I have not canceled my AOL email, I suspect it was spam

  19. AOL emails diverted to "Recently Deleted...

    I have been finding many emails that have gone directly to "Recently deleted." Perhaps this is better than going to "SPAM" but not by much. Has a programming change made this happen?

  20. software issue - please have a toggle switch to turn on/off automatic capitalization of first letter of each sentence

    I lost the use of one hand. It is very difficult for me capitalize words with only one hand. It would be nice to have a settings toggle switch to automatically capitalize the first letter of each sentence.

    On my laptop, there is an automatic capitalization function in the system settings, but it does not apply when using AOL Mail.
