  3. On phone for 19 minutes and then cut off. I have several AOL products but few say what I'm paying for.Call 760-449-8007 please

    Each product on my bill should define that product. Some charges just say "AOL Service". Service for what?

    Paying subscribers should have bypass for bews stories ithout constantly hitting Next Page

  5. FEES

    Been using AOL for years and paying almost $30 a month for a service that seems to be free. Supposedly for phone line. Nobody uses hard lines anymore. Why don't you convert these paying customers to a PREMIUM service with quicker dedicated access instead of often waiting on line because of large the freebee crowd.
    We have been paying for years, for nothing.
    Before we wake up and smell the coffee, please offer us something more. I think we have been faithfull enough to deserve it.

  6. on or about april last year. needed help. called aol. help was recieved. but i was billed 248.00 dollars for services that should have been

    i was billed for services that should have been free. would like a refund on amount paid. 248.00. i have premieum and have for years.

  8. I have tried to call AOL for account update and it is so frustrating to get someone on the phone. It says no one is available right now.

    I suggest to have a working email that is working and at least someone available by phone. I can't even address my issue by phone or email. There is no email available to be seen anywhere online. You need to have an AOL email in place so I can contact you about my issues. I can't even get someone on the phone at all. This is terrible. You need to have customer service available in place ASAP.

  10. Stop Unauthorized Subscription charges

    AOL charged my debit card for AOL Protection = $10.81

    I did not authorize this. I have no knowledge of this transaction.

    Customer service was a waste of time. Only got BS run around.

  12. Give me an experienced Attorney to read through the volumns of **** "identity Guard by Watson" before I sign such authority Please.

    Reduce all documents I am supposed to agree to including Verizon and others mentioned in each additional documents to read consisting of page after page of your "identity Guard

  13. My idea is fo AOL to let customers know they don’t have to pay almost $30 mo for services

    I don’t have any ideas but I need AOL to respond to me ASAP...why am I paying AOL $29.99/mo for services I can get free somewhere else

  14. You cold provide the benefits you promise.I was charged for my Lifelock this year, despite being enrolled in AOL Lifelock benifit.

    When I received the notification from Lifelock, I called AOL, and a rep told me to ignore, that I would not be charged. Although the My Benefits shows me still enrolled, when I called AOL when I was charged, I was told I was not enrolled, although on my account, it shows the benefit is still activated. Needless to say, I'm now deciding on a new provider!!

  16. Data selling should be disabled for AOL benefits

    One Life Protected is selling data according to Reputation Defender. This should be stopped.

  17. I was billed for Search and recover and I did not sign up for it!!

    I want this Search and Recover to be deleted from my account. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR IT...and am getting a $3.99 bill for it...

  18. Frustrated that I am required to go thru multiple screens to scan an article. I pay for my subscription to AOL - have for many years ! STOP

    STOP forcing me thru multiple screens to scan an article !!! I pay for my subscription and do not want to go thru all the add pages, etc. - to scan or read!! STOP IT !!

    Our country is in the middle of a pandemic. We must rally around our Commander in Chief. He is doing a great job and needs to get credit where it is due.

  20. Fire the person responsible for the customer support website.

    It does not have a way to cancel System mechanic. I do not want this product and I refuse to pay for it.
