  1. Make account cancellation easier to navigate. I spend over an hour trying to cancel System Mechanic. Your services are closed!

    I wanted to cancel my System Mechanic trial. It took an hour to find a way to accomplish this. Make cancellation less complicated and navigation more obvious.

    Been using AOL for years and paying almost $30 a month for a service that seems to be free. Supposedly for phone line. Nobody uses hard lines anymore. Why don't you convert these paying customers to a PREMIUM service with quicker dedicated access instead of often waiting on line because of large the freebee crowd.
    We have been paying for years, for nothing.
    Before we wake up and smell the coffee, please offer us something more. I think we have been faithfull enough to deserve it.

  7. Poor Customer Service / Long waits for TECH / No support with Mailer-Daemon issue

    I have been having a Mailer-Daemon problem since last summer. AOL has not fixed it. My email is being rejected and they said AOL was sending them phishing emails and marketing. They quarantined my AOL Emails.my AOL anymore. I pay $17.95 per month. FOR WHAT? Fix Mailer-Daomon issue please. Why are we paying clients at AOL? GMail is free.

  8. AOL's GOLD browser speed has fallen so far behind IE, Firefox, xfinity, etc.

    Increase your browser speed levels, AOL GOLD is now like using a dial up program. Moreover, I have to switch to Internet Explorer to print cashed checks, something I was able to do in the past. Seems the other internet browsers are improving service; AOL is regressing, and I'm paying $4.99 a month for **** poor service.

  11. You cold provide the benefits you promise.I was charged for my Lifelock this year, despite being enrolled in AOL Lifelock benifit.

    When I received the notification from Lifelock, I called AOL, and a rep told me to ignore, that I would not be charged. Although the My Benefits shows me still enrolled, when I called AOL when I was charged, I was told I was not enrolled, although on my account, it shows the benefit is still activated. Needless to say, I'm now deciding on a new provider!!

  13. TO Get more help and make it easy when having aol problems.

    you can never get any help when you are having aol problem.
    I don't have an easy access to chat online to let them know what the problem is. Its so annoying and Im a paying customer.
    and Im not happy at all with this service. I have a problem every time Im trying to delete email I get this coming up: This Request is not allowed, Code: EP 4010. Does anyone know what does this means?

  14. Customer service protocols need to be stream lined

    Was on the phone with customer support for almost 2 hours. had to explain my situation 6-7x. no help and I had to pay 14.99 for a free month to get access to the level of support needed for my case . That level was useless as well. It was not until I demanded to speak to a manager that my issue was adequately addressed. Customer know when they are given the run around.

  17. AOL DO NOT HAVE A USER FRIENDLY SUPPORT CENTER

    I'm a member for decades and it is not easy to talk to anyone at AOL to support a take over of my e-mail address every time I send a message the receiver receiving not my personal email address but "fastsating.club" address that needs to be corrected ....ready for a deletion to the AOL account.
    AOL needs to step up to their commitments or your customer base will be zero and out of business
