I hate the new AOL mail. It is not easier or convenient. It is a pain ********** and more complicated, more work. OLD AOL MAIL PLEASE!!!!! Maybe its time to go to GMAIL.

Can we forward our email to a good account like yahoo? This aol format is the worst

Ask Tim Wu to present users with Design Options for Ads versus Subscription Business Model and let them see and select at onboarding
A lot of Users are complaining about Ads but they dont seem to want to pay a subscription.
You could leverage Tim Wu's work to find yourselves a real future versus whatever passes for status quo these days. -

Folders no longer show in search results
I feel very frustrated because the search results no longer show which folder messages are in, when mail is searched. Also select all is gone, and these problems in the "new mail" format do not get fixed when switching back to the old one, as I have tried. Please fix this!

Recent log in activity
I like to have the recent log in activity so I can log out of sessions that I am no longer using. It also helps to see suspicious log in activity on my account. Please add it back.

Cell web email has had a repositioned saved folder for weeks, do you test?
An aol web mail update allowed saved to lose its position at the top of the folders list some weeks ago. Didn’t you test, notice?

Photos
When attempting to open photos as an attachment, I can't open or download them. I get an error message. Is it bc I'm working off a Kindle?
I just realized any PDF file does not work. My power supplier sends my bill as a PDF file. I can't open it. Now what? Most of my bills are e-bills. I don't get paper copies. This is so frustrating! Now I have to contact all my creditors, change back to paper snail mail and hope I don't incur late fees before it goes through. Any advice or ideas? -
