How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    I don’t want to see one single **** ad in email ever... ever. Get them out of there now or I will find another email account

    I hate the new format put it back the way it was. It now is NOT user friendly. Much more work to delete stuff. I dont want ads that's one reason I used aol mail was the fact there were no ads. And I couldnt send a message when i tried to email. Awful service. Bring back to old email.

    I get enough ads that's why I use AOL because there was no ads!!!! I don't want to see this lame-*** **** on my email.

    I agree. Who thought getting rid of the old mail folder was a good idea? I use my inbox to keep track of stuff I'm not ready to have filtered away in mail history.

    New format is terrible. I called AOL just now, to ask about how to delete emails, and was told that in order for technical assistance, I would have to become a paying member...$15./ month. That is $180/yr to get a simple question answered.

    Revert back to previous email inbox format. This new version is wack. Listen to your customers.

    Seriously, an ad I can’t close in the middle of my New Mail messages? I understand that AOL mail is free, and I never minded the ads at the bottom of the screen, but I don’t appreciate one among my mail messages. The icons for delete, keep as new, etc. are too small. I liked how a news headline appeared as soon as I opened the app, but that is now gone. This format seems to be designed not to be more user friendly, but more advertising friendly.

    You can improve aol by going back to the old format....
    I do not get my emails...
    Everytime I check it says no emails...impossible.

    AOL RETURN TO THE OLD FORMAT
    This new format is absolutely terrible!!!! It's difficult and slow.
    Some emails delete when I'm trying to open them, then it's not easy to retrieve.
    I don't need you to organize and separate my emails by days. Some of my emails have disappeared. During this time of Covid pandemic and American political unrest, the last thing needed is the added stress of AOL implementing a ridiculous flawed format.

    I agree. Go back to the format. Many options seem to be missing.
