Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    I wish I was given a option for the new format. It is absolutely horrible. Bring back the old format!!!!
    Ads across the screen are flat out annoying. Try to scroll and bam a damn ad. Mail just goes missing.

    When are you going back to the old format? This new one SUCKS! I used to be on aol for hours now to keep busy and i loved it! Now I have to go on Facebook which I don't enjoy as much as I did being signed in to my aol mail account! Now the only reason I sign into my account is to empty my spam and trash. When I tried searching my mail box using a key word the emails containing the word no longer tells me what folder that they are in just when it was sent. I don't need to know when I sent it I want to know where it is! I can no longer search the internet for articles and recipes like I did with the old format, I can only search with the sites that are already in my mail box!

    PLEASE return email back to its original format! This NEW format is NOT user friendly and emails go missing after looking at it (but I did not delete them!), and the ads reappear after I delete them. So frustrating!!

    The new format is horrible to use. I no longer have old mail in the menu. The ads go across my screen. It freezes often. Give me back my old email. PLUS, I pay for my account. I'm ready to stop paying you to frustrate me!

    We pay for AOL mail and the value has been diminished by the new format of AOL email. Just saying for now...... no improvement will reconsider value and changes have to be considered.

    Where is my read mail? Why can’t I search anything? Wtf! I need my mail to function properly what is this BS change? I hate it

    This new email user format is so bad that I am already looking for a new service.
    You should have left well enough alone. It’s really quite simple....Don’t fix it if it ain’t broke.

    I've been a paying customer of AOL for over 20 years. Give me back the old Webmail with no advertisements or I will leave AOL. Sincerely, Al

    You can go to setting and ser it for the old format. Just click on the button on right

    Hate the new format... Please revert to the base that we have come to love! Your new format has opened our eyes to finding another we can use and be more comfortable with. If you revert to the older format, we will be staying on!
