How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    Your new format sucks!!! Go back to the old one!!!! My family has been trying to get me to use gmail but I found that to be more complicated than the old aol format so I stayed with it. Now I have to decide what to do because this new format is complicated too. The spam and trash folders no longer say how many pieces of mail are there. Than when you go into the folders you have to mark each piece of mail separately to be able to delete it. Also when I was searching for a piece of mail more than one piece came out and I noticed that it no longer says what folder it's in. Why have them if you don't know where you have it stored? I still have trouble navigating the internet and the old format was perfect for me! I don't know how to search the internet anymore, even searching for my mail now is a pain because you have to open up a folders to see the search bar. Please go back to the old one!!!

    This new email format sucks. The functions such as delete, move, etc. don’t always show up on the bottom of the screen. It is extremely frustrating.

    I totally agree; fix it or we will vote with our fingers, if not our feet, and find a new place to use email.

    This change is completely unjustified and unasked for.

    The new format is absolutely vile. The old one was good. Didn’t any of you EVER read the old adage that “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it?”

    It wasn’t broken, but you managed to break it with your new format, which, as I say, is vile.

    Please return to the old format. This one takes up too much bandwidth. Not only is it ugly and unworkable, but the **** thing keeps adding more unnecessary junk into my history, which never happened with the OLD FORMAT.

    GO BACK TO THE FORMAT YOU HAD JUST A FEW DAYS AGO!

    THIS NEW FORMAT IS VILE!

    Old format is much more user friendly on a tablet or pc, there should be an option to use the old format for those of us that do not have our mobile stuck to our face all day! Why changed something that has worked fine for years?

    Please please go back to the old format this version is awful. If it doesn't I will seriously be considering changing email providers

    AOL is no longer a premium email service. The new format looks like it was designed by a committee of monkeys led by a cocker spaniel who was instructed by a squad of week old roadkill. We are paying for a premium email service we are not receiving. Changing email providers is not that difficult.

    Get me back to the old format.This new one is a pain.Would change emails if it wasn’t so onerous.AND I’m Gold paying for this garbage.
