How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    Go back to the old version. The delete button is not there at times. This version is more confusing and harder to operate. Fire the update person

    The new aol mail sucks. Go back to the old format. It started yesterday & I hate it. My have to start using my Gmail account😰😥😪😭😢😣😞😒

    I do not like seeing ads inside my email. It is ridiculous that I have to scroll through ads to find an email I am looking for. Please go back to the old version.

    Go back to old format this is awful. I've lost over 20 certificates saved on email thought I had been hacked

    I am now paying for AOL Email that doesn't work. I am going to stop all payments to AOL if things don't change immediately.

    I agree with Dennis, you have to literally click each email to delete... really?!! This is 2020 😆

    This new format sucks!! Too many ads...I want the old version back. I'm so annoyed, I'm considering deleting my aol account of 20 years!

    Go back to the old format!!!!! Can only search my mail. How do you search the web? What happened with the empty all messages button? This New format is very frustrating.😤 What's with these ads🤔

    There is no empty all messages button, so you have to click on every one to delete

    Going to switch to something else completely if format is not changed back
