How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    Change back or I'll change service provider. This format is terrible.

    What a pain this is! I already pay for the service and now have to see ads! It is hard to see the new mail. If the format is not changed back, I may stop using Aol and just use my gmail account. PLEASE change back!!!

    This sucks 😕 horrible idea to change things. I have been trying send pictures for an hour now I give up. Is everything in 2020 gonna be ruined. Why **** with something and make it worse. Give option to use old style. If not ill have no choice but to not use aol.

    I totally agree, this new format SUCKS, and I will now have to find a new mail server..i will not use this as is.

    Why is the old layout still available on my pc, but not my iPad?
    I want the same old layout for my iPad!!!!

    Doesn't sound like anyone has any positive feedback about the new email format. That's because it SUCKS!!!
    Change it back or at least give us a choice.

    In the last few days, The format of my AOL mail keeps changing. It’s changing To a format that is very difficult to use. I have been an AOL customer for over 20 years. PLEASE Go back to that form that we have been used to for all those years. I hate this new format so much!!!!

    I totally agree! It makes it hard to go through and delete junk mail!!! Hate it!
