Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    TERRIBLE!!!! Please go back to the way it was. I’ve just wasted 20+ minutes trying to figure out how to delete more than one email. I’m also trying to move files in my email. It use to be straight forward and easy. Now it’s time consuming and annoying! Hope y’all go back to the way it was- if not I’m out, unfortunately.

    I can’t even find where I can send an email. WHy do you people consantly change things? THey are not necessarily better. This is a terrible way to show the mail.

    I've been using AOL for more than 30 years and I just had the most frustrating experience trying to read my mail!!!! There is almost no information just little squares that I certainly don't know how to even open !!! Can I please go back to my old format ? It is not user friendly, why would you charge something that was so user friendly? Please give me the option to go back to the old format .

    All my devices don't acknowledge aol mail any more. Very frustrating. Can't send.

    This new format is terrible in so many ways. You should do something about it when you see that so many of your customers are not happy. Please go back to the old format.

    No option to display entire email
    As a preference. Formatting is way off. Super disappointing. Why “update” the previous update was unpleasant, this one is awful

    Yes, go back to the old format. Emails randomly disappear, the “keep as new” function only intermittently works, it’s just awful awful awful

    I am so annoyed with the incompetence of AOL!!! Why change a system that worked .it's awful and getting emails and composing them is horrible!!! Change It Back of you won't have any customers in the UK wanting to remain with your awful system!!!

    I haven’t received any new emails since u updated my software around 11est. I missed an important meeting because of this
