Go back to the old format regarding aol mail
This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

The original format is better. Kindly, go back to the original if it ain’t broken don’t fix it. My suggestion is You can add on ideas and features but don’t change format.

New is not always better! This new is confusing and not user friendly. Menus have moved from the top of the page to the bottom (delete, mark unread, etc). They were perfectly fine where they were. Ads are now inserted into your new mail listing. How rude is that, especially for those who might pay for your service. What happened to an easy e-mail search feature?
I’m sure many of your users have been using AOL for many years and are used to your format so we stay with you. I don’t need to learn new tricks. Perhaps you should have canvassed your users first on what features were important to them and what they would like to see in the future. My household has several AOL accounts and it is extra confusing when the user formats are different between them. -

Old mail that has been read needs to move to Old Mail. This old and new all together on the same screen is hard to see what is actually New and unread. This is the worst user interface for email I have ever seen. Not user friendly. Really poor design. Print too small also. PLEASE FIX this. Saved mail should not be a folder way down the list with other miscellaneous "s" folders. It should be near the top. This is not a positive change. Like I said it is a very poor design and was not thought through.

This “new” email format is just downright AWFUL! Come on AOL after all these years is this the “best” you can do?! Go back to (in your words) Basic email format until you all really know what you’re doing.
And you wonder why people look at you with a strange look when you give them an AOL email address.
By the way, I have CHANGED my email back to the Basic format numerous times only to sign again and find the lame new format still present?! What gives?!
The person (s) overseeing AOL from a technical/marketing standpoint should be fired for allowing and approving this garbage to be released on its customers!

When you search for old email nothing happens. I don't like the way it looks. Please change it back.
