How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    Wish you would go back to the old format which is much more user friendly.

    The old way was easier to understand and to read and the old way I was getting new emails and now there showing my old emails

    I think you're right. They want to get rid of AOL email. Why else would they change their service from pretty good to pretty terrible?

    I think Verizon bought AOL, and wants to get rid of the email service.

    The latest AOL update is terrible and I want the previous version back.

    Ive used AOL for many, many years, but I'm looking for a new email service. This new format is unusable. Absolutely unusable.

    I also hate this new Mail format. I love the old format That you had for years. I really hate that you changed it.

    I stayed with AOL all these years and one reason is its ease. Everyone says change to another address and now, if this continues, I will. Dont try to re invent your wheel AOL......I'd hate to leave but would rather learn a new address then have you keep messing with this. Please go back

    Agree, this new format sucks! Go back to old format. Did you not test this with real users...is totally NOT user friendly and intuitive.

    I can't delete any emails from inbox. New format is lousy. Bring back the old!

    I’m not happy with this format. I’m not getting my current mail like I should. I don’t like it one bit and I’m usually the one who will give new things a good try ugh
