How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    I have to agree with everyone, new format is not good, I don’t want to scroll past ads to see my mail. Glitches, I tick mail and the tool bar doesn’t show up most of the time, it’s a waist of time moving back and forth trying to get tool bar to show up. Your sending my mail constantly to the spam account now, even when I choose this is not spam, it still gets route there. Every time I give my AOL address out I hear I didn’t know that was a thing anymore, might be time to move on...

    AOL has joined the Gmail influence. It's sad because AOL mail was the stability we looked for.

    Please go back to the old format, there was no reason to change it, this is by far worse!

    This is terrible. The worst. Who ever thinks it is better does not work on computers. I have business to do and now I can't. This is not faster not more organized there is no added effort to this change. The adds are time consuming dont have time for it. This is my first day checking it out and now you have made this the worst day on top of everything else going on in the world, so thanks for nothing. Maybe you should have made this an option and not try to force on customers. We are the customer remember. Maybe all will go to another email there is enough to follow for sure I can see they all feel the same. I wont take the time to list all the problems but one Huge is not be able to delete all trash messages. So do us a kind favor and switch back ASAP!!!!

    Sirs, as a senior citizen I was very comfortable with the AOL Mail format as it was. This new system is not user friendly. I have deleted mail that I wanted or needed to save, and negotiating the mail site is problematic. How can I, or should I say we go back to the old format?

    What a load of rubbish, this new layout is, the reason I have stayed with aol all this time is for the simplest set up I have used, please switch me back

    What an appalling update to aol mail. Whoever came up with that idea needs sacking. Please let us have our older one back. If it's not broke don't mend it.

    Agree. This format is the worst. Can not print either. The old system was so much better. But they had to cha get it to add the ads into our mail.
