How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    Absolutely horrendous, horrible to navigate and what's with the ads? I think it's time to find a new email provider

    Même avis que les autres personnes, je souhaite revenir au plus vite a l ancienne interface des mails qui était très simple, claire , sans trucs qui polluent la lisibilité !

    Why was my original mail format changed without my consent? This new **** has a ******* ad at the top. At least give your customers the option of keeping the old format. I'm been a customer of AOL for 20 years. Looks like it might be time to check out gmail like everybody else. I want the old format back or l need to look elsewhere.

    Go back to the old way this is awful. I hate this format Let me have my old format back. I don’t need anymore ads popping up between my mail.

    I hate this new mail format too. There was nothing wrong with the other format, it worked just fine.

    My email just changed to a new format. VERY cumbersome. How can I get the old format back? I HATE HATE HATE it.

    This is not easier to use, don't like the ad showing up in the same column as the list of Emails. I liked the empty trash/spam buttons where they were. This is not an improvement.

    I HATE this new format!!! What were y’all thinking...it’s awful. It’s not user friendly at all & VERY CONFUSING!!! PLEASE go back to the previous settings IMMEDIATELY!!!

    I just opened it and wtf were they thinking with this set up? It's horrible. Are they hoping people switch to another email provider?
