How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    The new layout for email, is not user friendly at all. There is nothing easy about it. The old format is a lot better!

    With this new horrible format can only see picture attachments in email, saved mail or archived in thumbnail size, not the full picture without downloading it to my phone. Hate it. Wasn't that way with the old format. Anybody have any ideas around this please let me know. Some other attachments don't seem to open at all. The more people the better to try to get them to go back to the old format!

    Please give an option to go back to old format or just go back !!
    I liked it much better
    I have had it for years up until today 😟 It was working well for me for years ! I am not liking this new format at all so please do something to change it back ! Also I can't stand to see advertisment in my new mail list !! We should have an option
    I tried basic format but that isn't the format I had yesterday or the many years before !!
    Go Back To Old Format !!
    Please fix this ASAP

    new app completely sucks ! hard to figure out , makes aol obsolete in my book ,If this what you have ,Im going elsewhere !

    Awful. Utility bar to delete, etc. in the *middle* of the body of your email, ad on top. Why not just put one line of the message next to each advert, and have one advert for every line in each email message? Do you really want to lose all the people who have already stuck with you so long?

    Suddenly I go to check email and you changed it!!!! I hate it!! No choice, no option to update it, you just do it without my input. Jerks!!
