How can we improve AOL Mail?

The new format is awful. Emails disappear, appear to be unread or read at random, it’s just terrible.

    This new format sucks get rid of it and the interrupting stupid Ads

    if it's not broken don't fix it. The new aol email format is terrible. does not even have spell check

    All this and more. I cannot save photos sent to me by family and friends. When I try to save the photo to my computer, AOL tells me "file cannot be found"
