    I’m not getting some of my messages. I don’t know if it’s because of the format change but it seems to have coincided with the change.

    This new wave stuff stinks time move on away from AOL PERIOD. Because I cant go back on my aol mail from March and February

    I want the old school back to where after I deleted my mail but was able to get it after recovering from past mail because it became important to me later. This new version stinks

    Have to constantly hit refresh to get options menu: “move to”, “save”, etc, to appear. I hit the trash can icon and it brought me to this page. Now I can’t clean out my trash. Great job AOL!!

    It is unstable so that I have to keep going back or it just locks up

    It's been a few months since you dumped this JUNK of email format on the users that is liked by NO ONE.
    You would think by now.ALL.the bugs would be eliminated.

    When researching how to stop advertisements in my aol email, I’m given instructions that don’t work. STOP the Pop ups and unwanted advertisements in the email feature.

    I HATE THE ADS!!!!!! We are bombarded every minute of every day with marketing ploys! It’s like pollution and it is very disruptive and affects my ability to review my emails WITHOUT interruption.
