Hi there. By marking messages as Spam or Not Spam you are customizing your personal Spam filter to learn what is spam and what is not.

Emails will be tagged as a spam depending on the behavior it was sent or on the spam controls of the recipient. If there are links, images or phrases that the AOL Mail service deemed as a spam based on the complaints of other members, it will automatically go to spam folder. If the mail was sent as a bulk mail, it will automatically go to the spam folder as well.

Also, please make sure this email address is added to your Contacts list.

    I want to be able to list a contact or email domain that I want to receive. AOL puts the email of my friend in spam and I do not always catch it. She uses the domain of our local phone company so it is definitely not spam.

    Please don’t put ANY email in my account in the SPAM Folder!! I check my email using the Email app on my IPhone and using outlook on my P.C.

    I don’t need a third place that I have to check for MISSING emails!!

    Let it all come through my devices and let ME decide what is SPAM/JUNK emails!!
