  1. How do I remove emails cause I got over 200.000. Thousand of them

    This is a problem and I can’t find my emails it’s overshadowed by a bunch of **** emails. And the spam is getting into my inbox as well.

  3. Try a device you've signed in with before fix?

    If you're going to have this restriction make it generate a code in your email and let the user put that code in to use the email on a new device. This new system makes it so you can just never use the account on a new device? No prompts, no notifications when you actually log into an old device? It just blocks you from using the new device with no way to unblock it? I can only use my email from an old phone. This is such an insane oversight. The fact it was green lit is insane but…

    AOL .. a long time (25+ years for me), trusted (no longer), fun (original) source of electronic communication (older emails lost forever), has not much to offer it’s loyal customers lately, except to continuously “ask” us to subscribe to a membership plan for AOL “support” (potentially fix all our email related issues). What could possibly render the need for a paid membership, if AOL customer support has done absolutely nothing to improve/fix/monitor years full of customer complaints/issues/problems/frustration .. Why is retrieving OUR emails such a struggle (password/log in/generated app pw)? Why is imap/smtp settings a constant issue now? Why would…

  10. Mails können nicht versendet werden

    Ich erhalte nach länger Zeit Benachrichtigungen darüber, dass E Mails nicht versendet würden. Nach über zwei Stunden!! Ich habe Dead Lines einzuhalten und wenn ich nach so langer Zeit erst angezeigt bekomme (die Email die du vor zwei Stunden verschickt hast wurde übrigens nicht versendet) kann
    ich selbst Stunden nach Absenden der Mail unsicher sein.

    Außerdem wurde Mir nicht der ganze E- Mail inhalt gezeigt.. nur eine Datei und der E Mail Text. Also wurde nur das nicht verschickt? Der Rest schon? Oder wie? Absolut verwirrend.

  14. upgrade your security playform , this is a breach

    My email has hundreds of spam a day. i have lost very important emails and this is clearly fraud. Find the source of this , ive had ransom email as well. It appears to be somehow tied verizon , aol , yahoo, fake contractors. Microsoft etc. fix this now. Im also writing the Fbi with this security issues aol is ignoring.

    If you’ve started to receive an endless flow of junk email, you may be the victim of spam bombing. This is a tactic used by bad actors and hackers to distract you from seeing emails that really are important to you. This can also be an indication that another login account has been compromised.

    Tha app for Android now won't let me send an email to a new address.
    It wants me to agree to let AOL have access to all my phone's contacts...bad idea.
    I deleted the app a nd now use Chrome to get to AOL.
    Soon I'll get another email account after 30 yrs

    Hi there,

    If you are able to sign in and read your mail, however you’re not receiving new mail, there are a few things you can try to fix the problems.

    Check your filters:

    Sometimes a filter can cause emails to bypass your inbox and be sent to either the trash folder or a different folder. You may need to check any filters you’ve created to make sure your messages are correctly organized.

    Learn about delivery delays:

    Messages are often delivered right way though very rarely there may be a delay in transit. This is usually due to problems on the mail server, heavy internet traffic, or routing problems.

    Unfortunately, other than waiting, you won’t be able to determine if the message is delayed or undeliverable. If possible, ask the sender to resend the message to see if you can get the message a second time.

  20. Not able to sync my aim email

    I'm not able to sync my aim email anymore inside my Gmail app. I have reset my password several times but it doesn't allow me to sync for incoming nor outgoing mail even though the SSL settings have not changed. Can someone help.

    Hi there,

    By default, we block access to AOL Mail from outdated apps that could leave your account vulnerable. If we sent you an email indicating that your app is using outdated security protocols or you’re unable to log in from an older app, you still have several options available to you.
