    Why can’t the user decide decide the spam settings? Even when you mark a sender as “not spam” it still goes in to the spam folder!

    Is this an error on AOL's side? Disaster for my business as I didn't notice a lot of emails had gone in to spam (that in no way could've been conceived as junk)

    My VIP's are going to spam! My inbox doesn't update either.. The missed emails has been disastrous with high school graduation and college admissions. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

    Important emails from people in my contacts went to spam costing me time and money. Not happy to say the least.

    I agree. Contacts from whom I’ve always received emails are now going to spam. I have marked them repeatedly as not spam and they continue to go to spam. This is new. Why?????

    Addresses in my contacts are not going to new mail but are put in spam. This is unacceptable.

    All my important emails go to trash or spam. Some junk gets through to the inbox, but none of the other email. I’ve tried everything- Help!
