I agree. Contacts from whom I’ve always received emails are now going to spam. I have marked them repeatedly as not spam and they continue to go to spam. This is new. Why?????

My (valid) emails from folks on my contact list are going to my Trash folder. What are you doing to fix this?
I was told by the AOL associate that my problem could be fixed by a technician, but I would have become a paying member at a significant monthly cost. Could be a planned problem to increase membership??? I think it’s time to migrate to Gmail.

Suddenly my Amazon emails are going into junk. Why. And one friend goes directly into junk. I have no option to say “this is not junk”

I have the same issue. I just got off the phone with aol. I am told that my email was hacked. I have to pay $29.99 a month to fix it. I was even willing to pay one month, fix my email, then cancel the monthly cost. Apparently, I couldn't do that. I have had aol for 20 years. I just had to switch.
