Why is AOL not allowing new email on my account?
I politely at first tried opting out of the Diamond ad. Not sure who I upset at AOL but the ad started showing every second after I opted out. Like I was being retaliated against. I realize I have no control of the ads shown on AOL but i am provided the opportunity to opt out of particular ads and I wasn’t interested in diamonds what so ever. Normally AOL will stop showing an ad if you opt out and replace that particular ad with another. Not in this case. It was like I ****** someone off and the person/s wanted to retaliate against me. I did what I had to do since opting out of the ad didn’t work. If AOL doesn’t want to send my emails please send an email to my account on how I can permanently delete my AOL account.
