How can we improve AOL Mail?

'Can no longer create a folder. Why?' has been merged into this idea

Folders on phone aol.com

I am no longer allowed to create new folders.

I click + Add folder

Dialog box opens

But name field will now either close completely and / or block all entry of characters.

This is using: aol.com on my Samsung galaxy A42.

    Got the same problem, and have raised it with aol. Their response was one of indifference, in that it avoided addressing the specifics ie. the inability to 'manage/edit/create folders', and offered generic 'solutions' instead. None of which worked. Which made me wonder. Does this issue only arise on certain operating systems like Android 10?

    * THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR 1+ YEARS

    STILL CAN'T create more folders using the bowser version thru CHROME & Android 13 & UI 5.1.

    I TAP the + add folder
    Opens dialog box for folder name
    Begin typing name, dialog box closes.

    No message, no error code.

    Why can't I create a new folder in the newest update? When trying to use the keyboard to enter the new folder name, the keyboard disappears before you can enter anything.

    As with all of your updates, if it works, don't mess with it. There was nothing wrong with creating a new folder before.
