Try a device you've signed in with before fix?
If you're going to have this restriction make it generate a code in your email and let the user put that code in to use the email on a new device. This new system makes it so you can just never use the account on a new device? No prompts, no notifications when you actually log into an old device? It just blocks you from using the new device with no way to unblock it? I can only use my email from an old phone. This is such an insane oversight. The fact it was green lit is insane but it's 10x worse that it's been this way for YEARS.
