Rethink your definition of service
My parents misplaced old password to their AOL account and the recovery link was going to an old landline phone number. Called for assistance. After 20 minutes of what I thought was good service, I got a shakedown for $15.99 a month to fix it for them. I was told it was their fault for not keeping the account updated. Thought someone would like to know this is who you have representing your organization.
