Provide an answer that is user-friendly please! Not instructions on how to filter as I've already tried this and your filters are not working for the past year!

STOP sexually explicit content from my spam folder. Your filters are NOT working after repeated attempts over the past year. I DO NOT want to have to continually block senders that use verbiage such as "sex" "*****" "****" "*****" or anything similar to that type of horrible stuff. This is disgusting to me and I believe that you should be able to set filters for me at my account level. I am disgusted to keep having MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY to have to delete this disgusting stuff.

Please make this a priority. This is highly offensive.

Oh My Holy God..I am so fed up. Who has the time to do this evil? Sexual Spam?Constantly? Somebody please help.

In the last month I am getting at least a dozen spam messages daily, and although they are in my Spam folder, they need to be deleted before they go to Spam. AOL algorithms know what is Spam and can delete so I never seem Spam in my Spam folder.

This can be taken to mean sexual harassment because it is NOT welcome. Please look into this. Thank you.

Filter and delete any and all inappropriate and harmful email, eg sexually disturbing content should be filtered out at a higher level and not even make it to my spam folder. I am blocking these and feeling it is harmful just reading this. I do not go on any sites like this and I feel it is so disturbing. Please have stronger walls and better filters at a higher level to prevent obviously horrible stuff.

WTH IS WRONG WITH YOU, AOL? My good emails are getting sent to "deleted" and my SPAM box is FILLED with disgusting **** ****! Are you so lacking in skilled staff that they can't weed those out entirely????!!! Additionally, I'm suddenly getting SWAMPED with SPAM every single day. I've been with AOL since the 90s and this is the WORST it has EVER been. Pages take WAY too long to load and the price of what passes for the "Gold" experience keeps going up as the quality of service is TANKING. Maybe hire some qualified staff and actually PAY ATTENTION to the needs of your users.

Feedback option is a joke, not taken seriously by AOL. The mail is tedious to use , the filters are useless. Please fix spam issues, listen to the users. I am gradually migrating from AOL because of this annoyance.
