  1. Please bring the old AOL email format

    Please bring back the original (Prior) email format. You have recently changed the AOL email format and it is difficult to use and very confusing. The prior format was wonderful for "at a glance" checking emails. You have made format changes in the past and they were never a problem. Then new format is awful!! It is NOT easy to use.

  2. Stop making my email yell at me,and return to the old format or give me a choice.

    The new format gives me a headache every time I try to read it. It actually hurts my eyes and there is no way to adjust it. Why would you do this?

  6. new email format sucks!

    I liked the email option of being able to group emails from same sender. Now I have to scroll through everything to find what I am looking for, and that takes too long. I don't have time to do this with my busy schedule. Don't know why you had to change it, the old way worked just fine! FIX IT!!!!!!!

  10. When I went to respond to an article, AOL signed me out and went to a new page where all of my comments were deleted. I was using Chrome.

    Chrome needs to be fixed. All the other browsers worked.

    EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL SOME EGG HEAD HAD NOTHING TO DO SO HE TOTALLY MESSED UP A FINE PROGRAM.

  14. Be more THOROUGH & medically accurate when writing about such an important topic.

    In your article about adults 60+ taking ASPIRIN, only once did you mention 100 miligrams. I take 81 mg.. I'd like to know if that's risky, too. Many of us who've had bypass surgery have been advised to take 81 mg. every day.

  20. Hello. I'm getting used to the new email format. But I have an idea.

    Is there a way you could include a number up top of the screen that tells you how many emails you have in your inbox? Not just how many UNREAD emails, but how many emails altogether in your inbox. The old version used to have that and it was very helpful. It lets me know when I should start deleting emails. Could you think about it? Thanks!
