Go back to the previous format. Looking back over the previous feedback comments I think this is the general consensus. It is too busy.
This new format is terrible. Too busy, not easy to navigate. Why mess with a format that has worked for years. Give us back the previous format ASAP.

new format for email is unuseable, does not work
Todays ( 28th June 2023 ) new format for email is unusable, does not work. In Firefox, If you click on a message in the inbox, the message does not open, all that happens is that the same inbox opens in a new window. And you still cannot open or read the messages in that. Useless, untested, and of course AOL's UTTERLY HOPELESS SUPPORT applies, so no way of communicating or getting a result.

I see I'm not the only one who hates the new mail format, it's awful. I see dates, but not times. I haven't found the quick address list.
Bring back the old format. Did we have a choice? Please listen to your long time members and at least allow us to choose one or the other. If this keeps up, I guess gmail will be my next move.

Obscene advertising
Stop obscene advertising. You would not believe what I am looking at this morning on my home page. It's disgusting. Can't get rid of it. I am going to have to leave AOL if this does not stop.

RESTORE THE OLD FORMAT
Today the Quick access file was removed. Yesterday My folders in the Favorite section are gone. You did away with the Alphabetizing of my contact list and now I'm forced to scroll to find a contact. Addresses do not appear when selecting contact. Instead I get a name with a silly emoji preceding it. What am I? Some sort of child. Worse of all my secondary sign in account which was seldom used was completely erased. Years of photos and documents plus paid for programs are gone. It won't we long before I'll be gone. Fix printer icon
Hi,
Whenever I click on the print button in my current version of AOL (not the new) it does not bring up the print dialogue box. Instead it switches over to the new AOL version. Can you please fix this?

This new mail format is dysfunctional. Otherwise I'll be forced to leave, after close to 30 years.
i agree with many of the post. If we don't get the old format back, so we can at least change the font size, change color, move emails to folders, you can stuff your Email where the sun don't shine. I have used your email since 1999 in one form or another. I can use many other email formats for free. Don't need your arrogance!

I HATE the new email! I found the previous version easier & more effective to use.
Half the time it's non-functional. I can log into aol, but when I click on email this is what displays in the url "about:blank". Nothing loads. I've been trying to get into my email on my laptop for over 3 hours this morning without success! Yet, I can view it just fine on my cellphone.
Are your servers down? This has been happening on an almost daily basis for months.
I liked the ability to imbed pictures into email & the layout of the original email. I regret that I ever personalized the appearance of my email. I've tried searching…

Go back to the old mail system. If I have to learn something new I will use outlook like the rest of the world. I can't stand the new email.
