I am disgusted with your new actions allowing ads preventing me from closing an email. What a stupid idea.
Get rid of those ads on the right side of my emails that cover up the "x" that I need to be able to close the email, if I don't wish to delete it. What a terrible idea to spring on us.

When we enter the secret code sent to her ;phone, the AOL page automatically reverts to MY email which is rmaness@verizojn.net and it will NOT allow me to change her password. Your "paid" service agent would not assist!!

AOL really screwed up the news comments section
Put the comments section back the way it was. Mimicking Yahoo's comments section is stupid, as Yahoo's comment section does not work correctly. When one clicks on a specific notification, the new program does not take a person to their comment, only to the news story where it is almost impossible to find the comment and any responses to the comment. It's clear AOL is trying to mirror Yahoo's comments section, because the appearance is exactly the same. However, AOL's format changes work even worse than Yahoo's format. The name of the news story is not appearing under the comments…

Quit blocking content for paying customers.
I'm a paying customer and want to know why content is blocked for me? Just because I don't want to turn off my ad blockers an be bothered by annoying ads? On the one hand you tell customers they can get ad free emails, but when they want to have the same benefit when reading their web pages, then ad free and private don't count.

Still can't post comments on articles
All my comments get auto rejected, no matter what the article is nor what I say, then get an auto email saying it was rejected and reminding me of the rules which I didn't break. No way of getting someone to look at this. Got this way after the 47 regime was installed into power.

How about Less Ads & More News
The home page (with the 50-60 "news" stories) has too many click-bait type advertisements and things to shop for. It our opinion, proportionally, there's really not much news. It's mostly ads.

HuffPost content is so "click baity" and poorly conceived. I would hope that AOL would offer unbiased news content to their "dozens of subscribers".

Mailbox not sincing
Mailbox not sincing: can't see any ermails beyond 7/18/25 going back to Jan 2024 except for a small fraction of them. With level 4 help and a work around for just the month of June 2025 by searching for them in advanced search then moving them into a new folder and then from that folder back to inbox. Now some are populating but I will wait overnight to see what comes up for June and IF (?) IT WORKS I will need to do that for every month going back at least 18 months.

I have noticed an increase of Birmingham, UK news stories in my Birmingham, AL local feed. I would suggest real intelligence over AI.
